Minimum Order and Wholesale
We are wholesale ONLY, there is a $100 minimum order. The order minimum applies to the subtotal and not total price with shipping costs.
Most items also have a minimum quantity or dozen required per order, Items such as clothing come in bundles of 12 that have assorted colors and sizes. Other items can show dozen on the headline, meaning that is the minimum required to purchase. You may incur a discount if purchased in case or package quantities. Some items may only be ordered in case quantities.
Payment Information
Online orders are credit/debit card only. All information is kept secure, private, and deleted once an order has been shipped. We do not keep credit card numbers on file for security purposes. You are protected by the latest SSL encryption technology on all transactions. We do not charge your order until it has been shipped. In the event your card declines, we will contact you for alternate payment methods. We do not accept checks, and do not do C.O.D.’s. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Inventory
We try our best to keep our website as accurate as possible. There may be times we are out of stock of your design or specified color or size. We constantly restock and get new designs in every week. We may also contact you to replace or remove items that are out of stock.
Phone Orders
Online orders are available 24/7 and is recommended as our time and resource may be limited during business hours. Ordering online also has many benefits including convenience, security, stored account information, and accurate pricing and shipping.
Orders can also be placed over the phone at 502-458-7768 or in person at our warehouse during business hours. 10am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Lead Times and Shipping
Due to current circumstances, lead times may be longer than usual, however we’re working hard to fulfill orders as soon as possible. On average, orders are shipped within the same business day or next. Shipping is offered through UPS or FedEx, If ship by Pallet a commercial address is available.
