We are only whole sale to vendors and have a minimum $100 purchase required.

We sell most items in bundles of 12 and have minimum amount that you must purchase on an item so that we can offer you the lowest prices.

This is covered by our shipping and return policy, but in summary:

1. Shipping is done through UPS and pallet if a commercial address is available.
2. We are responsible for a order until it is shipped.
3. Shipping is paid for by the customer; the shipping fee at checkout is an estimate, excess will be refunded.

Pallet shipping is fulfilled through CTC(Central Transport), this form of shipping is cheaper for our customer’s, but does require a commercial address. A CTC needs be $500 or more in order for the freight per item to come out to an acceptable percentage.

1. For in-store purchases:

To help keep our prices so low, we have a strict no return/no exchange policy. Please make sure that everything you purchase is exactly what you want; color, size, shape, quantity, etc.

2. For online orders and UPS delivery:

Some items are fragile and we recommend those items to be shipped by pallet. We pack all orders ourselves and inspect all items before packing them for shipping to assure company quality standards.
